Communication Studies
The Communication Studies and Journalism department at Highline College is dedicated to developing our students’ personal and professional communication competence. Learn more about the essential role communication plays in the human interactions and relationships, within organizations and small groups, amongst and between cultures, both in face-to-face settings and through digital technology. Our courses provide you with the knowledge and skills that employers need from professional communicators, and can help you transfer to a 4-year degree program.
While Highline doesn't offer a degree in Communication Studies, the Associate in Arts DTA degree can help you transfer to a 4-year program.
