Updating Your Student Record Information
Students may access and update their student records in ctcLink Student Portal. Find out how to activate your ctcLink. Your ctcLink account is separate from your myHighline account.
Getting Started with ctcLink
Highline College uses ctcLink for registration, grades, and student records. Depending on your status, here is how to find or activate your ID number:
Which type of student are you?
-
New Students: Once your application is processed, check your email for an admissions letter containing your new ctcLink ID.
-
Already applied? If you haven't received your ID, email admissions@highline.edu with your full name, birthdate, address, and the last 4 digits of your SSN. Please do not submit a second application.
-
-
Current Students: If you haven't used the new system yet, you can activate your account using your old student ID number to receive your new ctcLink ID.
-
Forgot your ID? Email admissions@highline.edu with your identifying details (name, birthdate, address, last 4 digits of SSN) to have your ID sent to you.
-
-
Former Students: If it has been more than one year since you last attended, you must submit a new admission application to reactivate your records before you can register.
Ordering Transcripts
Need your ID number specifically for official transcripts?
-
You can use either your new ctcLink ID (starts with 1 or 2) or your old ID (starts with 8 or 9).
-
If you don't have either, email outgoingtranscripts@highline.edu with your current/previous name, birthdate, address, and the last 4 digits of your SSN for help.
