Language and communication are at the heart of the human experience. Through the study of World Languages, students develop linguistic and cultural competency to communicate successfully in a pluralistic American society and abroad. These skills are desired by many employers in the Seattle Area and complement a wide variety of careers. Language courses are offered in a variety of formats (online, remote, and face-to-face).

While Highline doesn't offer a degree in World Languages, the Associate in Arts DTA degree can help you transfer to a 4-year program.
