Reporting COVID-19
If you or someone you know has a confirmed case of COVID-19, please complete the COVID-19 Reporting Form to help our contact tracing team inform the campus community of a potential exposure. Your identity will remain anonymous in the event we alert campus.
General Safety Guidance
