The English Language, Career and Academic Prep (ELCAP) Department at Highline College offers courses in English language skills in reading, writing, listening, speaking, study skills, math, and technology. ELCAP prepares students to be college and career ready by fostering a pursuit of life-long learning, innovative thinking, problem-solving, cultural responsiveness, and contributions to the community.
