Transcripts

Request to evaluate official transcripts from other schools - This form must be filled out completely with all institutions to evaluate transcripts turned in before your file will be complete and transcripts will be evaluated.

Transfer-in course sample key - This form is used to decipher transfer in credits from other institutions once evaluated.

Official Highline Transcripts are certified as accurate and official with the Registrar’s signature and college seal. They are regularly used for more official uses such as reporting information to another college, agency, employer, or institution. The standard fee for official transcripts is $10.00. Parchment is a third-party company that collects the orders and payments (credit or debit cards are required). Transcripts are produced and distributed by Parchment after Highline College verifies student record information.

Unofficial Highline Transcripts are free and available online. If you have already activated your ctcLink account, you can log into your ctcLink Student Homepage to access the unofficial transcript under Academic Records. If you are a former student and you have not activated your ctcLink account, please email outgoingtranscripts@highline.edu with your ID number, name, birth date, and last 4 digits of SSN/TIN.
