Forms in PDF are best displayed when downloaded onto your device.  Each form incorporates the use of fillable fields, buttons, and can be signed electronically.  Download to your device, complete your forms, save as (give title), and then submit your “saved” form by email, or upload, or even print and submit in person.  Or you can print the form and complete using a black ink pen.

Microsoft Forms such as the Student Loan Application require you to log in using your HC student email and password.  If using Google chrome, be sure to log out of your personal account before attempting to access the form.
